Mountainous Engagement Session, Pike's Peak & Woodland Colorado

Tilda and Addison decided to celebrate getting recently engaged with a mountainous photo engagement session! They traveled all the way from Texas and wanted their engagement photos to showcase Colorado’s diverse beauty, from the pine trees to the mountainous overlooks. I scouted the perfect spot for them near Woodland Park with stunning views of Pike’s Peak. Something I do for my couples is pick a custom location based on precisely what kind of backdrops they like. Tilda and Addison couldn’t believe how perfect this location was, from the mountain views to the incredible pink sunset skies. It felt like we were on top of the world. Of course, being on a mountain top is always a bit windy and chilly but they embraced it like champs and we got some beautiful windblown gifs (moving photos) that I shared to my Instagram. We ended their session with some blanket snuggles amongst the wildflowers, as well as a dance.
